This is regarding flipkart order OD[protected]. I purchased complete mobile
protection Policy Number:CMFKJL[protected] for my phone.
due to accident, My phone screen got damaged and I am trying to avail the
repair from Jeeves consume service but there is no response.
I raised the request on 22nd March but they mentioned that chargeable
amount is not correctly updated at their end as it is showing as 1500
instead of 1000. they need 2 days to fix this post they will take the
request.
I have been following up with them from last 15 days but i keep hearing
same from them.
now, I feel cheated by this scam. I regret my decision of buying phone and policy from flipkart and Jeeves
and policy from flipkart.
I wanted to raise this concern over email as neither of the customer care
