Jeeves Consumer Services — TAT period over and still no whereabouts of my vivo phone Regarding Claim Id AD[protected]

My device was picked up on 14th October 2020 for the issue of "Broken Screen" and i am not being informed of the whereabouts of the phone..

Since Day 1, i am being told that the device is being repaired and will be delivered in 10 working days.Till date no update about the phone, i want my device back right away.
