I recently purchased a mobile phone from Flipkart. It had issues with the loudspeaker and because of that I raised a replacement request. They assigned a technician from Jeeves. The technician visited and confirmed the issue, but said that the blanco app that they use to diagnose the fault says that there is no issue. After sometime I received a response that my replacement request was rejected based on the technician's report. When I reached out to the Flipkart customer care to enquire, they say that the technician provided a report saying that they resolved the issue, which is not true.
Then the same happened for two more times, where they sent the same technician again and replacment request was again rejected twice. Now they have scheduled one more visit. I am not sure whose fault this is, whether from Flipkart or Jeeves. But it sure is an attempt to cheat the consumer.
