Jeeves Consumer Services — they are not giving me the phone back

My policy number is JPPOFFK1453390. I have submitted my phone on 15th of June 2019 and today it is 22nd of July 2019. It has been more than one month and still I haven't got my phone back. Today I called to the customer care agent and they told me to wait for 5 more bussiness days and I know when these 5 days will pass then they will again ask for few more bussiness days. Just tell me when this chain will come to an end.
It was my big mistake to trust "Jeeves Complete Mobile Protection". I have all the proofs with me

I ALREADY LODGED THE COMPLAINT TO PICK MY PHONE ONE MONTH BACK.
I complained much time on company helpline and wrote many emails but no response received from the company.
company is not able to arrange pickup and even they did not respond back.
