Dear Jeeves team Good day I book a service call in mid of January for 32inch Thomson TV (Extended warranty. EW validity From 23-Mar-2020 to 22-Mar-2022) after so many follow up I got approval for refund, Then Jeeves had cancelled the ticket 1A26-41810KBKSCS-5024614 and I request to change the email ID after Jeeves raised new ticket and I am following still no improvement on this so far 100+ days over, Waiting for right solution.
