I have issue for Thomson smart TV in display, i raised the query then provide at claim ID:CLCPD[protected] at 31/Aug/2021 from Jeeves support, After one week, service engineer came & check the product, he said, product is warranty period, So, Product will replacement the old product, But still Date, there is no positive reply from Jeeves support, in every mail & Call, wait 2 days we will resolve this issue, but finally not get solution from Jeeves service. i totally disappointment from Jeeves service, Better, Do not buy complete protect plan from Flipkart. waste of money & waste of time Was this information helpful? |
