Contacted jeeves for repair and technician visited took some photos and went. I haven't received any communication from jeeves. I called customer care and told that I am eligible for refund only. I haven't received any refund mail or anything regarding this. Everytime I call them they are asking me to wait for 48 hours or they will say that they are going to escalate this issue. But till now I haven't received any communication from jeeves. Contacted jeeves customer care nearly 8-10 times and mailed them 6-7 times, till now no communication from them. Really trapped.

Updated by Soorajiyer After contacting customer care about 12 times and mailing 8 times finally I received the refund mail for the defective product. And I have shared the bank details but the defective product pick up has not yet done. It is said that the product will be picked up by Nov 19 and it hasn't picked yet. Its only after the pickup that I will get the refund. Registered the complaint on Nov 7 and no product pick up has done yet. Very poor service from jeeves. They don't care about their customers and extended warranty.
