I have raised complaint n Jeeves regarding my TV not working. Engineer visited after 5 days to check and suggested Motherboard requires repair. After continuous follow-up with Jeeves Customer Service I was informed after 10 days this cannot be repaired and requires new motherboard from company . I have been following up from last 20 days and promised this will be replaces tomorrow but no one visited . Finally today Engineer visited with part and I came to know this is wrong company part so it will take more days to replace part. I am seriously fed up with this process of not getting resolution even after 1 month from date of complaint. Please look into this.
