My Ticket id is still pending after so many call to Jeeves Help Line, They said your problem solve in 21 working days if not solve your problem we give you refund of your TV but after one month there is no solution and no call from their end.
I call daily to jeeves help line they always said sorry for inconvenience give 2days or 48 Hour your problem will resolve or refunds team will call you we accelerate your call/problem to our backend team but my problem is still pending.
