I have registered a complaint on Jeeves related to my TV panel issue and it’s been almost 40 days I haven’t got a proper response from the team or didn’t get the product back. as per the policy ETA for a panel repair is 21 days and it’s already crossed.
Whenever I contact their customer care they are asking for 2 more business days to provide some update.
This is clear case of cheating and violation of policy from Jeeves.
I would request you to have a look in to the complaint and escalate this to higher authority to solve the issue and no one should face the same issue again. It should be a lesson for jeeves
