Hi Team,
I had purchased a real me tv (43 inches) from flipkart on 12 August 2020,
i had also purchased the Complete TV Protection Plan(3 Years) available on Flipkart from Jeeves Consumer Services. Now After 1.5 years o[censored]sing the TV, suddenly a black horizontal line is coming at the bottom of the TV.
So i raised a request with Jeeves consumer services and they had sent the technician to check up the issue with it. After checking the issue the technician said that there is some issue with the panel and he had raised a request to replace the panel.
Than after 2-3 days i got a call from Jeeves that my tv cannot be repaired and they will be providing the refund which is too low.
also i checked with Real me service centre and they said that the panel is available and can be replaced but Jeeves is not getting agree to repair my TV and asking me to take a refund only. I had already raised a complaint 2-3 times but there is no resolution for the same.
can u please help in this case
