Jeeves Consumer Services — TV not repaired in Warranty Period

Not repaired my TV completely as it is still not working.

Extended Warranty - JPPOFFK277771

First Claim ID - CLJP[protected] - Opened on 31 March, CLOSED WITHOUT any Information from their end on 12th April.

Second Claim ID - CLJP[protected] - Opened on 12th April, CLOSED WITHOUT repairing from your end on 14th June(today at 11:25 AM) and your guys came and dropped the TV at home without showing us the condition of the TV.

Customer care is now refusing to log a case or reopen it

Updated by abhishek_ctps No service was done and TV was not repaired at all. They kept the TV for 3 months and did not do any repair at all. The TV is still faulty and not working.

Can Jeeves show the proof of TV working and was repaired.
