Not repaired my TV completely as it is still not working.

First Claim ID - CLJP[protected] - Opened on 31 March, CLOSED WITHOUT any Information from their end on 12th April.
Second Claim ID - CLJP[protected] - Opened on 12th April, CLOSED WITHOUT repairing from your end on 14th June(today at 11:25 AM) and your guys came and dropped the TV at home without showing us the condition of the TV.
