Jeeves Consumer Services — TV not yet returned back | |||||
On 31 March 2021, Jeeves picked up my TV for panel replacement. According to their promise, the issue will be resolved within 21 days, otherwise, they will refund 80% of the purchase price. Still, I haven't received my TV back and even no refund will be provided. Support and extended warranty teams were contacted by phone and email. There is no proper response from them. Yet I have not received my television back even though it has been over 80 days. The most horrible service I have ever experienced Was this information helpful? | |||||
