I raised my complaint to Flipkart complete protection plan customer care (Jeeves) on March 1, 2021 that my TV display is not working properly (Case ID IN[protected] and they told me that technician visit will be done in two working days, but they did not do the same and close my ticket with a note that technician repaired my TV without contacting me. I again raised the complaint for the same that none of technician visited at my place and they raised a new ticket on March 8, 2021 with the same issue ( Case ID IN[protected] and told me that techniy visit will take two working days. I called customer care daily till now for the technician visit and they again told me it will take two working days and putting my complaint on high priority, but did not arrange a technician visit till now. Today, they again told me the same. It is almost 15 days I raised my complaint. I have all call recording with me. Please resolve my issue.
