I had raised claim in 10th Sept for my VU TV, warranty was going to expire on 22nd Sept. Technician from Jeeves visited my home told there issue with motherboard & will takes 1 or 2 weeks, I called him after 1 week they told me to check with customer care, then I came to know that Jeeves cancelled my claim for some serial number mismatch, I reverified serial number & they said we will help you & from that day they are just saying that we escalated issue to backend team it's not moving after that now warrant got expired. I Extended warranty team but they are also saying same thing.
Sometimes customer care executive says, we have opened new ticket you will get technician number by EOD then after 2-3 days they says your warranty is expired, will have to check with backend team. Is Jeeves fooling the customers? Customers are helpless here. Was this information helpful? |
