I am facing an issue with my hdmi port of my smart TV of Oneplus(1+). It is also confirmed by Jeeves technician that its an issue of the hdmi port for which company have to change the board as per company norms.
In his 2nd visit, the technician came after 2-3 days time and came with a board, after fixing it he faced a problem of mirror image. He tried but failed to fix the issue and ask me to wait, as now he need a software to fixing this mirror issue.
After few day in his 3rd visit he again came with a new board which was the 2nd one and failed to fix the issue and stated that there is a space problem in the board for which he can't able to fix the mirror issue. As a result he again took time.The technician called someone else to guide him. It was noticed that he was unable to make any changes in the software.
A different technician came on the 4th visit and tried to fix the issue with the 3rd new board but the same thing got repeated and the issue remain unresolved.
Now on the 5th visit two technician came to resolve the issue but still it remain unresolved.
Hence at the moment we are in dark as we don't know what is happening and why this work is getting so much delayed. If company has send an original product 'new board' then they must have crosscheck before sending it to any customer.
I use my smart TV as a monitor of my computer system for which my every day work is getting hampered and causing harassment.I complained on 10th Jan and today is 30th Jan 2023 and I am still waiting for solution.
Jeeves is just sending a type of auto generated mail in which the content is same asking for time and nothing else.
I just need solution and not this type of harrasement. Was this information helpful? |
