Jeeves Consumer Services — very poor and pathetic services | |||
This is to inform you that its been more than a month but still my service request is not complete. Your enginer visited three times at my place but unable to solve the issue. First time he visited and completed tge service without solving the issue, i again called your customer support regarding this. Secondl time he told me there is fault in one of the part and need to be replaced and will take around 10 days, but he did not show for 15 days. I again called customer care and directly to your enginer. Third time he told me that picture he clicked of the part was rejected from bangaluru office and he need to click picture again. Fourth time after 10 more days he told me that bangaluru office dispatched the wrong part and will take few more days to get it replaced. Fifth time now when i called you your customer service told me that their services are suspended because of covid-19.
