Jeeves Consumer Services — Vivo Z1 pro mobile not received back form Jeeves.

My name is Kishan hadiyal i have paid 1500rs service charge and my device was pickup 4months ago but till now i didn't receive my device back and whenever i call helpline number executive says that you will receive your device in 5 days but until today i didn't receive my device back.
