I have an extended warranty in jeeves and one of the technician came to my house and said he has ordered a new part for TV on 24th of september. which is not rectified till now. I called for more than 15 times till now it is not resolved. Whenever i talk with the customer care they asks me 2 days of time and some persons did not gave correct information and some said there is no techinical ticket raised by me. as per there policy if the TV is not rectified in 21 days they said i can opt for refundable I opted for refund also for that they are sending me copy pasted mails without any further answer
