I claimed my extended warranty for VU TV on 26th june from JEEVES First service engineer came and told motherboard is dead after 23 days when motherboard came then service engineer told that its panel is dead as well. And it can take another 14 days. So they took my tv and told me they will repair panel not replace it and Now its been 45 days total and I don't know still when they will return my TV. They are not even providing refund. Never buy extended warranty from jeeves. Otherwise you have to wait 2 months like me Claim ID is CLJPC[protected].
