I had purchased a television on 3rd September 2019 from Flipkart but the technican who came to installed a television was from Jeeves Consumer Services. So, i took the extended warranty from them. Now, the tv got damaged, it work well for 30 to 45 minutes in a day and it automatically get shut down after that. There was no any possibility to open the tv after that in a day. I have complaint to the Jeeves consumer service several times, but they only fool the consumer by saying that they will repair the tv as soon as possible. But i am facing this same issues from last six months, but not getting any solution from their ends. Technician is arguing that wiring is not proper in my house. But how it's possible, as other appliciances work properly well from last 15 years and also the other television work properly well in the same room. So, i am requesting them to repair my tv as soon as possible or refund 70 percent of the total purchased cost as per company policy in the 3rd year of the extended warranty. My television extended warranty is till 2nd September 2023. So, i request you to that necessary steps against the jeeves consumer services as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
