We have taken 2 yrs Ext warranty for Vu TV. We registered complaint on Sep 9th, they dragged the issue for a month and denied to do required service saying that part is not available, after that for the past 20days they are dragging to refund 70 to 80% of tv value as per their EW commitment. Very very unprofessional customer care.
