I had purchased a VU TV from Flipkart along with the 2 years extended warranty from Jeeves. Since our TV was not working we asked the Jeeves to check the same. The technician came and he checked and said there's some issues with the motherboard and took motherboard and some other parts with him. Post that it has been almost 3 months still they are not responding with an appropriate answer. Everytime we call they say that "they have forwarded the concern to the concern department and will get back in 48 hours".
Since 12th Sept we are taking follow-ups with Jeeves team (Pallavi, Kavita, etc) and at last they said that they will refund the amount which is still pending.
Also when asked to share us the communication going on between the so called concern team and jeeves support they denied sharing the same.
Now we want 100% refund for the same asap.
