I had bought a VU TV and extended warranty from Jeeves. TV stopped working on 23 Aug. after technician visit two days later, claim was lodged. They said the motherboard will be replaced under warranty. But the claim was closed from their side without any action. They asked me to register second claim. It’s been more than 3 weeks since the second claim and still no action has been taken. All they say is that they are looking into the issue and someone will get back to us. Nothing has happened, no course of action under claim told to us. Every time Customer care says it will be resolved in 2 days.
