My vu tv is out of order since 13th september. Jeeves technician visited on 16th september after several follow ups but did not repair the tv. I again raised another complaint on 16th september and it has been 10 days and nobody has even visited my address. I have made more than 100 calls to their call centre and their technicians. But these shameless people are not bothered to attend my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
