I have policy with Jeeves complete protection services and claim registered on Oct 21 that my Tv stopped working. After many follow-ups and calls a technician showed up after 11 days and checked the tv and told he need to order a new part. The part finally came after 1 month of claim registration.
Now the technician came with part to only tell that they ordered a wrong part and will order again the correct part. This time the support is saying is going to take another 18 business day to get the new part.
This support is so poor that every single support agent gives a different answer, one will say that they will process refund, another will say wait for 18 business days. I requested them to copy their Manager in my emails but they never do it. This need to be resolved asap clearly breach for the SLA and no accountability taken by Jeeves.
