I purchased realme techlife washing machine from flipkart. But unfortunately I opened it after replacement period. When I put water inside I found it's leaking from all sides. I called flipkart customer care they gave me service center no. I called them. Technician came and checked and said need to order part. After 7 days i got msg dat my claim was settled. Without replacement of part and without technician visit. I complain again. After waiting for another 15-20 days. Again got same msg that my claim was settled this time also without replacement and without technician visit. I again complain. It's 3rd time now same thing happening again I am asked to wait for God knows how many days. Jeeves technician neither taking my calls nor calling. Neither replacement is giving nor helping for refund. It's almost 3 months now. Every day I am calling but of no use. Was this information helpful? |
