I had a complete appliance protection plan for an IFB washing Machine for 3 years which I purchased from Flipkart in May 2020. I registered a complain for repair of the same on 28th of Jan. Payment of 500 rupees towards raising claim was made on 29th Jan. Since 29th Jan I m waiting for the repair of my IFB washing Machine for which complain was raised. Till date no technician has visited or approached me for the same. I have tried calling customer support agents and repeatedly listening only one sentence every time "Technician will visit within two working days" or they intentionally disconnect the call in middle of the talk.
Before making payment I also confirmed about 3-4 times about the availability of service at my location for which I was given assurance and I have call recording of the same.
On 07 Feb Jeeves itself cancelled my request without any resolution and raised fresh request and asked me money again for initiating the complain.
Jeeves is only extorting the money of customer without providing them resolution and no customer is able to raise to higher authorities at Jeeves. Only Customer support agents are available who are there to repeat one sentence only and customer is not able to speak to the concerned team about the issue.
