I have created a warranty repair request for my MI LED TV on 11th July 2022. I had active warranty till 15th July 2022.
On 13th July, a Technician came to my house for the service and he had closed the ticket without resolving the issue. He informed me that the issue is with the backlight and some other technician will come from the company to repair it.
I called Jeeves customer care on the same day (13th July), after getting the case closed msg in my mobile and the customer care representative told me that he is escalating on the same ticket and I will get an update in 48 hours. (Call recording is attached)
I received a feedback call on 15th July for the same complaint and I have highlighted that my issue is not resolved, and the Jeeves representative told me that the old case is closed and he is creating a new case for the technician visit.

I called Jeeves customer care on the 19th July again and the representative told me again that he is re-opening the same ticket and I will receive an update in 1 day. (Call recording is attached)
None of these promises have happened and I haven't received any updates.
I waited for 2 days and called Jeeves on the 21st July and the representative told me that my warranty is expired and I will not get the support. (Call recording is attached)
My TV was under warranty when I created my request and the Jeeves representative closed the ticket within the warranty period without resolving the issue.
I would request you to help me a solution for my MI TV issue.
