My washing machine under extended warranty got damaged, so I called Jeeves for the support in first week of April 2023, Jeeves sent a technician on 4th May who find a faculty part and requested me to pay partly for the part I have paid RS 1600/- on 4 th may 2023.
Then the technician brought a unsuitable/ bigger part than that can be fitted. He again said to wait for a week or two to get the correct part.
But till now neither the machine is repaired nor the refund has been processed, although I receive a call on daily basis about processing my refund but no action is taken yet.( About three months later). Was this information helpful? |
