[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — worst service provider | |||
I’ve filed a complaint and request them to fix my kodak tv, for which i’ve extended warranty. But its been a month now, and every time i call customer service, they are giving me the answer that its gonna take 15-20 days. But its been one and half month now. I’ve been calling them emailing them but no one seems to be giving a resolution or right answer. I dont know what to dot next. Now i am only left to go legal against them and go to consumer court. This is the worst customer service experience i’ve encountered in my life. Please request to everyone not to avail any service from jeeves complay. Was this information helpful? | |||
