I have Realme 7 mobile, which got a screen damaged repair before 6 months. Again on 6 May 2022 unfortunately due to unknown issue their was screen problem.
I called to customer care same day and got confirmation that it will be again repaired and if it is not software issue, than I have to pay Rs1000 for repair. I agreed and mobile has been picked up on 9 May 2022.
I got an email that it is physical Screen damage and I have to pay Rs.1000 un-refundable. I replied instantly that I am ready to pay the said amount, as my business is affecting badly without my mobile.
Jeeves took 10 days and everytime replied that there is some technical issue and they will resolve my case soon.
Suddenly yesterday I received a call from Jeeves stating that my handset cannot be repaired as the same damaged was repaired 6 months back, wherein Jeeves plan was about 2 damaged services.
I emailed to CEO-Kalyan Krishnamurthy of Flipkart, but not received a single acknowledgement.
I am planning to move to consumer court for such type of irresponsible service and wasted my 14-15 days.
