I have purchased a thomson led tv in flipkart with 3 years protection plan and it was under jeeves .last month due to some accidental damage my tv display started to show some horizontal lines at the bottom so i have raised a request through flipkart and they helped me to contact jeeves, after 3 days techi from jeevas visted home and worked on my tv and said its a panel issue so it must be sent to our service center .after 2 days another person from jeeves came and took my tv and said we will be working on it and will update within 10 days after that i did not receive any email or call from them then from my side I called their call center and said about my issue they said it will take 14 days for an panel issue .after 14 days i again contacted them they said that the tv is non repairable so we will be refunding 80% of amount .but i did not agreed for the refund i said just return back my tv with the repaired condition, then the agent told i have updated the issue and your concern you will be getting a call and issue will be solved in 2 days. But till today i did not get my tv back.each time when iam calling them they are saying the same thing again again (within 2 days you will be getting back your tv) but nothing happend.after that when i started inquring about this jeeves company in internet i was very much shocked by seeing lots of complaints against this company, over 20 thousands of complaints has been raised in the name of them.i dont know why flipkart is tying up with this company..pls help me i want my tv back..
