I have done one payment for my ticket mumbai to chennai of 13 0ct 2017 pnr (Kjaxmt) but i rec 2 ticket other pnr - erlmsr of which i have notdone paymet
But when i inquired in customercare 2 payment is reflecting as on doing 1st payment failed due to time out
I have done compliant my compliant no[protected] in hdfc
To miss rajni @ 11.50 a, on 22sep
I have rec message of my payment successfully only once today 22 sep
Rs.5455.00 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 1332 on[protected]:10:51:04
This sms rec after doing complint
Case is open for cat sdm and subcat outstanding-auth-add-disp for card#[protected]xxxxxx1332
But i have rec from you 2 ticket 1 pnr (Kjaxmt) which i have done paymet 5455
2 one of same date - erlmsr ofthis i have not done paymet this ticket i dont want how come it has been done i have done compliant same on jet no
They said u cancel it my poit when i have not done payment why i should cance
Do need ful in this matter & cancel - erlmsr tis ticket
