Jet Airways — 9w 439 flight cancelled by jet airways. no proper information about onward journey | |||
I got an email from jet airways that my confirmed flight booking of 9w 439 dt. 27 april from chandigarh to pune, the flight has been cancelled and it's mentioned in email for further inquiry i have to visit / contact jet airways office and do the needful. I don't understand, if airline has cancelled the flight then why customer has to rush/run to your office and discuss on next available flight? This is not right. I called on pune airport jet airways office and no one is picking up phone. Now, may i know who and how will this issue get resolved? What about money that i have already paid for this trip?
