Jet Airways — about the staff | |
I reached at the airport at 11:40am my flight was at 12:40pm. The staff of jet airways made me wander from counter to counter and then it was 11:50am and then the one staff whom i asked for the boarding pass said that the seats were full and she cannot provide me with a boarding pass. Why do you take reservations when you dont have a seat? And that staff name was sonia. She didnt even talk properly. Teach her to talk to customer with some decency. I want my refund of 2089 because i was at time and your staff is not proper. Was this information helpful? | |
