Jet Airways — ac not working

I took a goa to mumbai flight on the 26 th of may 2018 which leaves from goa at 2 pm and reaches mum at 3.30 pm flight num 0927 but to my shock and disbelief the ac in the flight was not working and we all passengers includint myself were swearing and for more than a hour and whts the serivce its disgusting one side jet airways says 25 years of service and this is what we get i want all my money back as its a major failure by the airline as i have already marked a complaint to the media and govt in this regards pls help me in this matter now Was this information helpful? Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 07, 2018 Updated by k2011 hello still no update whts this going on i wnt a reply and a refund to plus i want to add one more thing and tht is the food served on the flight was a sandwich and i had ordered a blant lunch non veg pls clarify
