Jet Airways — Against the unparliamentary words by pilot | |
Dear sir
I was traveling by jet airways flight. Mumbai to banglore on 6th feb 2015 and I was waiting at Mumbai airport for long time to trvel to banglore. I had come from Oman to Mumbai and my onward journey was from Mumbai to banglore.
And I was traveling In flight no 9w495 bom to BLR As i am a Platinium Member i requested for an upgrade and the same was declined to me and the next passenger who was a gold member got my upgrade. When I was discussing the same with ground staff who accompained me to the flight the pilot shouted saying that he cannot delay the flight because of bloody 1 passenger sitting in the cockpit, by any means which is not acceptable to me I would like to take this matter to legal. No staff from jet airways are helpfully and I was kicking like football to here and there now approx 2 hrs still i am at airpor speaking help. This may be recorded to pilot cabine on any system in the flight please take necessary action Now I am going to airport manger if I can get any help to take up this matter, and I would be taking up this matter with the media failing your response within two working days.
