Jet Airways — Airlines Staff does not accept the web checking ticket and inform its fake ticket

Dear Sir I am customer of jet privilege –Amit Dohara[protected]. After below incident which happens with me, I would like to share that it’s given me believe that jp miles customer is nothing for airline it’s just piece of paper and airline doesn’t care about it. I have a serious concern with the last service which I received from the jet stuff at Mumbai international airport. Since I have my urgency to come back Kuwait ASAP I wasn’t able to do much and re-book my ticket for next date. On 21st Aug 2015, Due to an emergency I have to travel to india from Kuwait to mumbai and wanted to come back on 24th Aug 2015 with my family. My wife did a booking for the jet flight on 21st Aug and 22nd Aug from India through an authentic travel agent at Mira Road Mumbai. Travel agent booked 3 confirm ticket on jp miles ( for me, my wife and 4 year old daughter) and give us web checking along with seat selection. He used some known person jp miles and provides us all relevant documents before travel. PNR –RURUWL, TUXLFB and RMNQKI We received sms on our registered mobile number on confirm web checking and on flight. On 24th Afternoon at 2:00 pm when we reached to the Mumbai international airport and went to web check-in counter, Jet staff told us that tickets which I am carrying are not right ticket (its fake) and doesn’t show any booking in their system. I spend full time in tension from 2 pm to 4 pm on the airport, speaking with airline staff, Supervisor and everyone was giving one or other reason like 1.This is not correct booking. So we can’t let you board. 2.Inform your travel agent to redo the booking for the ticket, than we let you board. 3.Person who gave us jp miles, their card are incorrect. 4.Inform travel agent to send confirmation email on jet air miles that this ticket is confirm. I called and crosscheck the entire document which I have with respect to ticket and jp miles are found all are authentic. Sir, I spent 80, 000 for three tickets, carrying all proper document and jet staff was mentioning it’s a fake ticket. How could this be possible when I get all details like –PNR number, Web checking confirm, Seat is allotted and meal is selected. At the end, 4:00 pm supervisor inform me that she can’t allow us board as flight is full. Since we have a jp miles ticket and its issued under “x” class, she can’t put us in flight and have to wait until all cash tickets finish. Flight is full and we are the access passenger for that flight. If this was real reason than supervisor should have inform me at 2:00 pm so that i would have not waste my money and energy and was able to take any other flight of same day. How can this be possible if we reached airport on time, Was on the counter since 2 pm and they didn’t told in the beginning that for JP Miles are not consider for confirm booking. Or why can’t I get intimation from jet that your web check-in tickets are not confirm for 24th Aug and you cannot board either by registered email id or on local mobile number. As I told it’s my priority to come Kuwait with my family as my wife and daughter visa was expiring in few days, so I purchase next day ticket of Rupees 1, 60, 000. Just double the amount, whereas if I would have be notified on 21st or 22nd Aug by jet airways than I was getting ticket in 85, 000 only. In this case, after purchase ticket still I was not allow on board, have not been inform by any staff on real issue, was taking care of 4 year old kid and avoiding all possible argument in front of her. However, I have to go back home as I can’t stay on the airport and need to do next booking. This was 2nd time my bad experience with jet airways since I joined. First time it happens in 2010 when I was travelling to dubai with my family. Since[protected] I stop flying in jet airways as no respect for the passenger. Since my wife instead I started travelling from jet mid 2014 but its end up in same manner. I find myself to launch legal complaint for this issue, However before doing this i would like to discuss one time with jet airways concern staff and right reason for doing this area as I spend for a ticket 1, 60, 000 just double the amount for booking ( before it was 80, 000) and faced lots hurdles from going and coming back to airport and lost one day salary .
