Jet Airways — all queues in jet airways counter are showing baggage drop and still issuing people boarding passes as normal counter at t3 igi

Horrible behavior of jet airways staff at counters in t3 igi. All counters are baggage drop counters and still everyone who has not done self check in is issues a boarding pass here. This should be only for people who have checked in and not new check in. 100's people standing in queue even after doing web checkin hmjust because of the other 100 in the same line who have not and the counters are same.
