Jet Airways — Baggage mishandled | |||
Jet Airways mishandled my baggages' when I was travelling from Kochi to Jaipur on 20th Jan 2016. Baggages were received in torn condition, when I asked for compensation till now no reply, no explanation. The ground staff at Jaipur Airport said, the baggage was given in this condition. When handing over the baggage at kochi would the ground staff accept a bag in such a bad condition. NEVER!!! And now they are not ready to accept there mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||
