Jet Airways — Baggage not delivered in time | |
Hello there,
I traveled on Jet airways flight from Singapore - Delhi - Singapore as per schedule below:
24 Feb 2014 : 9W17 Singapore - Delhi
25 Feb 2014 : 9W20 Delhi - Singapore
Two checked in baggage on Singapore - Delhi flight did not arrive with flight. I was unable to proceed with an urgent assignment for which I had traveled as all the material and documents were in my baggage. No proper reason was given for the non-delivery of my baggage, except that baggage was offloaded at Changi airport. I returned back to Singapore on 25th February without my baggage. The baggage was finally delivered to the address I requested in Delhi at 9:30 pm on 25th February, but it was too late.
I requested for urgent delivery of the baggage on arrival at airport on 24 Feb and at least 10 calls were made to Jet Airways Delhi on 25 Feb requesting for urgent delivery of the baggage. However, no one from Jet Airways responded with a firm answer on the delay in delivery of baggage.
I have been dejected by Jet Airways and their arrogant attitude.
