Jet Airways — Bassionate seat issue

Hi I booked my flight with my infant for 29 April 2915 to London from Mumbai post confirming with jet official that bassionate seat is available and provided them my pnr post the ticket booking and they confirmed my seat was booked . I am traveling with my 4 month old baby and post that I checked with them again and they said my bassionate request was rejected and after speaking to their supervisor and being in call for almost an hour he confirmed that he will allocate me a seat and external bassionate can be attached . Again when I called today to confirm they said that there is no such facility ? How can I travel with my baby like that in a 9 hour flight
