Flight 9w 413 was booked for 14th feb, from bom-blr at around 9:15am on13th feb, but the website crashed after entering the otp for payment. Gave a call to customer care, and was informed that pnr is generated but the ticket will be issued by 10:20am precisely. Ticket was not received hence called back the customer care and was informed that the ticket has been cancelled due to system error and if you have been charged it will be refunded.
When checked to book the same flight again, rates had been more than double.
Can you explain why this happened. You can't simply tell a customer that due to system error ticket has been cancelled. I was not informed about the cancellation nor did i get a reason why the pnr was generated but the ticket was not issued? Was this information helpful? |
