Jet Airways — broken seat and broken tray..

We boarded jet airways 9w587 from dubai to delhi on 28th december 2017.
When we boarded the flight, the tray on which the food is to be kept was broken and it was all open during the flight. The corner seat 16a and the seat in front of it 15a, seat was faulty and was reclining all along the flight. We were told it was a glitch and we could not have properly food also due to this..
