this is second this is happening to me - SEAT issue after long of road travel from Indore to Bhopal (Mumbai Indore i choose Jet) my flight was delayed by 30 minutes once i boarded the flight i notice the seat 21 C was broken - its base was completely broken and i am sitting i am slipping. i complaint to Cabin Crew who checked and mention will shift you to other seat let me boarding complete. i asked once safety announcement started they mention will revert once flight takes off. once flight took off no one came i walked to Cabin Crew and asked to Call Cabin Crew In charge i got answer she is busy and there is no seat available if require will give you blanket to keep. i was forced to raise my noise on which In-charge name Beverly came and mention all seat are occupied you can either take pillow or blanket i asked you sit on seat for 5 minutes and show me she agreed its completely broken.
as there was no option was standing next to washroom post that i was forced to sit as there were lots of moment for distribution food. It resulted Pain in by Back.
Just 2 simple questions - who is responsible ? why wasn't seat checked ? I paid for seat and was not able to Sit on that whats my fault ? did i paid for getting pain & inconvenience ?
