Jet Airways — Cancellation of tickets

I was supposed to travel port Blair on 25 may 2015 at 2.10am and revert journey on 29may 2015 but my wife get I'll due to low BP and get hospitalized in medanta airport Centre the crew members of jet airways postponed our flight for 26 may 2015 but the next day also there is no recovery in my wife's health so I approached to jet airways Delhi counter for cancellation of tickets, the jet airways staff check my tickets and assured that my tickets wud be cancelled but refunds will be receive from travel agents. After 20 days I still not receive any refund. and travel agent says that they have not received any revert from Airlines.
