Jet Airways — cancellation with no refund/compensation | |
I received an email notification that flights 9w 0781 and 9w 728 are cancelled. I cannot reach the customer service and there is no mention of refund/compensation. Since i had booked these flights way back on 5th jan, fares have increased since then. Besides, this booking was for 25kg check in baggage. I expect jet airways to compensate for this. Kindly mention number of bags along with weightage.
Travelling from chennai to Mumbai was asked to carry one handbag along as only one piece is allowed to be checked in.
Despite the weight being 15 kgs for all together.
Behavior of your official was very rude as she was a localite and I had a flight to catch, so didn't argue.
