Jet Airways — cancelled flight money not refund

I am complaining about jet airways service today (13 march) i did picked the cab faridabad to terminal 3. I reached the airport at 11:34 and entering through gate no 2. I have reported to jet airways desk for boarding but he refused to boarding. He did ignore to me say that flight boarding is closed while flight was cancelled ans he say talk to supervisor. Then i talked with supervisor then he send to me reservation counter. They continue confusing me nd last they decide by self that you are late while i was drop by cab at 11:34 i have evidence also by cab reporting time in attachments.

They have no refund the money. Finally i have booked other flight for further journey.

So i am requesting please return to me money asap.
