Jet Airways — cancelled scheduled flight and no notification via sms/email/call | |||
I had scheduled flight from nagpur to mumbai on 3rd jan 2018 (9w7134). Same day at 11 am, i called to jet airways call center and conformed any changes in schedule. They responded with no changes. When i reached nagpur airport, shameless jet airways crew told me that this flight has been cancelled couple of hours back. I was surprise i did not receive any notification such as email/sms or curtsy call from airline. Neither they provide any kind of assistance to book any other flight for mumbai. It was nightmare experience with jetairways and i have decided i will never ever travel with this airline in my life. Was this information helpful? | |||
